Adaptive Meditative Adventure-Outdoor Adventure Based Wellness Practices

I would love to meet with you, to learn about you and how I may be able to offer an outdooor adventure experience that would offer you, your client, or loved one an opportunity to spend time in the outdoors moving and receiving all the peace and tranquility that comes with intentional time spent outside.
Each outdoor adventure contains time of walking/hiking, time of quiet breathing and time for intentional movement/stretching/yoga.
Outdoor Meditative Adventures are catered to each individual client and start as simple as intentional sitting on a park bench, or taking a gentle walk around your neighborhood, all the way to multiple night backpacking trips.
